Data we process
We may process registration and contact data, delivery address, cart and order items, support history, data needed for fraud prevention, technical access records, cookie preferences and information needed to confirm a Pix payment. We do not ask for your banking password or card data to process Pix.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to create and protect accounts, process orders, confirm payments, provide delivery and support, prevent fraud, comply with legal duties, exercise or defend rights and improve the service. Depending on the case, processing is based on contract performance and pre-contractual procedures, legal or regulatory obligations, regular exercise of rights, legitimate interests subject to assessment, and consent for optional purposes.
Sharing
We may share the minimum necessary data with infrastructure and security providers, the Pix payment operator, logistics partners needed for delivery, contracted support tools and, where law requires, competent authorities. We do not sell personal data as a product. Sharing follows purpose limitation, necessity, security and applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies

Retention and security
We retain data for the period necessary for the stated purposes, contract performance, fraud prevention, defence of rights and legal or regulatory obligations. Application access records are retained confidentially for the applicable legal period. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet-connected system is entirely risk-free.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions that affect your interests. Send your request to sac@unilever.com with enough information to validate your identity and protect your account. Where a legal retention duty applies, we will explain the relevant limitation.
