Terms of Use and Purchase Conditions

Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern access to OMO Market and purchases made through the website. By using the store or completing an order, you state that you have read these Terms. They supplement, and do not replace, mandatory rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the LGPD and other applicable Brazilian rules.

Offer and product information

Each product page must show information relevant to a purchase decision, including description, package, price in Brazilian reais, availability and any applicable conditions. Images are illustrative where indicated; the description and package selected at checkout prevail to identify the purchased item.

Price, availability and completion

The applicable price, discounts, delivery charge and total are those displayed before order confirmation. Customers can review and correct data before completion. Availability is confirmed while the order is processed; if an item cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and offered the applicable alternatives or refund.

Pix payment

When Pix is available at checkout, payment is processed by the payment provider configured for the store. An order proceeds to preparation only after payment confirmation. Do not send money to Pix keys, contacts or links other than those shown in the official store flow. A bank receipt alone does not replace the confirmation recorded for the order.

Orders, delivery and support

After contracting, the store makes the order confirmation and order information available in a form that can be consulted. For support, use WhatsApp +556182037309 or sac@unilever.com during Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Brazil Time). The Delivery Policy explains how delivery timing and charges are shown; the Returns and Exchanges Policy addresses withdrawal, defects and refunds.

Account and security

You must provide truthful information and keep credentials protected. Do not share a password, recovery code or payment data with support. The store may use proportionate security and fraud-prevention measures while preserving consumer rights and applicable law.

Withdrawal and warranties

For contracts concluded outside a commercial establishment, including online purchases, consumers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 7 days from signing or receiving the product under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Statutory warranties and other rights relating to defects remain preserved.

Changes and applicable law

Changes to these Terms will be published with an update date and apply to later use and orders without removing acquired rights. Brazilian law applies. No provision imposes a venue that restricts a consumer's right to use the legally competent forum.
