For order, delivery, return or cashback questions, include the order number and a short description of what happened. Do not send your password, bank password, authentication code or a Pix payment outside the official checkout flow.
Payment confirmation is recorded on the order. A bank receipt alone does not change the order status. If a Pix code expires or cannot be opened, return to the order and use the payment information displayed there.
